Left sided heart failure is mainly caused due to coronary heart disease ,it may be a heart attack or long term high blood pressure. Right sided heart failure is due to advance effect of left sided heart failure.bioventricular heart failure i.e. the merging of two means it affects both side of the heart. It can cause symptoms both right side and left side of heart causing fatigue, difficulty breathing or coughing.
If Henry had right side heart failure, his right chamber of the heart had lost the ability to pump the blood. That means his heart can’t filled with enough blood and the blood backs up into the vein .The main reason of that is high blood pressure , if Henry had high blood pressure then right side heart failure is causing.
