Deinstitutionalization Movement
This is another segment of the same movie, explaining how communities in the different states were unable to meet client needs. As a result, many became homeless at that time, and many with a mental health disorder are homeless today.

It has been a big dilemma on the effectiveness of the mental health system in the country. Some of the factors that show that the Health care system has greatly failed are high cost for people to access psychotherapeutic and psychotropic treatment, improper channels put in place help those recovering to fit in the society and inadequate funds in the insurance scheme to cater for high cost mental health treatment (Frances, 2020).
