My project is responding to COVID-19 with skills training competency that teach-back right away after getting poor results on the topic: Correct Donning and Doffing of PPE comparing it to teaching it back later when all the results are gathered and submitted to the director of their department as a nurse educator, It breaks my heart to see the staff walk away from the test without being corrected of the proper way of donning and doffing. teaching back in the just -in time situation is pro safety compared to the long process of educating although teaching now benefits the staff and many people, conveying an effecting leadership thru the nurse educator's standpoint.
